Dear Q.I. team,

I’m very happy to be a part of this team. Everyone is very friendly and still welcoming to this day! The people on this team have been great with explaining to me exactly what they do and what projects they are currently involved in. Also, they always make sure that I am doing well and that I am comfortable working here. I really appreciate this about them!

Every day I learn so much about different aspects of the medical field. I have been doing a lot of research lately and even though I have learned about many of the topics in school, I seem to learn more just from doing this research.

For this team, I will contribute everything I can, whether it is research or any other type of involvement in projects. I plan on learning quite a lot over the next few months. I feel that the department is offering me valuable types of work that I have interests in along with opportunities to become further involved. I mostly work with Joy and she has been great, ever since day 1! She has tried her best to keep me busy and involved with SHM; she is always looking for different opportunities for me to be involved in so I can learn more about the medical field. I already see myself fitting into the department because I feel that we share the same interest: quality initiatives in healthcare. I enjoy working in my department and can’t wait to see what is ahead!
