Day Six and Counting

Hi Everyone...

As you read this, I'm on a plane to Chicago for our final HM09 site visit...I'll be back Tuesday afternoon if US Airways cooperates...Wednesday AM if they don't.

You've been here for a week now (congratulations). In the span of 5 days I know (mainly because many of us already chatted) that you've started to find your way and figured out how things work in our office. You've also started to get used to what it's like to come to work 5 days a week and probably are wondering if you ever have to go back to class.

With all that in mind...our theme this week on Collective Reality is getting in a groove.

Before 5pm on Friday, please respond to this question:

"With a week under your belt, what do you think is going to be the hardest thing to get used to when it comes to working at SHM? What do you plan on doing to turn the hardest thing into an something easy that you end up laughing at (because you tamed it)?"

Don't forget that you can share other thoughts from the week and reply to others comments!

Hope you're having a good Monday - see you tomorrow!

Todd

P.S. Welcome Reshma - SHM's Quality Assistant to Collective Reality. Reshma is a Drexel co-op student like everyone else - only difference is that she's working directly with our QI department as opposed to us here in Membership and Marketing
