I have had a great six months here at SHM. What a wonderful array of people I have come to know. Below are just a few things I remember most about you guys:
Ashley--Thank you for granting me this oppurtunity. I remember meeting you for the first time in my interview. You had the brightest smile and were dressed in black! I really have enjoyed working with you. You work hard and are always equipped with a positive attitude. You helped me refine my skills as a designer. I remember when you ran into Erica P.'s office with a Temple helmet...that was my favorite memory! Hilarious.
Nadia-- You are a bubbling storm of energy, the office vibe is not the same without you. You walk at the speed of light! I enjoy your enthusiasm and humor. I know it gets heeeectic managing the mountains of design projects, but you always pull it off. I will always remember your daily jam sessions on Pandora, you would always skip to the next song if it didn't fit your mood. I probably will see you around one of these days, being that you know LeAnn and I know Brandon.
Kari-- You have such a warm and friendly spirit. I appreciate would come by my desk just to see how I am doing and what I am working on. I also I really love your taste in jewelry! I thank you so much for giving me that book "The Artist's Way". I am starting the morning journals next week! I really appreciate that you support my creativity, and always pushed me to think further. I also appreciate your unique point of view on things. I would love to see your creative interests manifest in the future.
Todd-- I also would like to thank you for this oppurtunity. Thank you for all of your efforts in preparing me and my skill set for the workplace, and beyond. Thank you for teaching us the value in absolutely everything that we do. Just from daily observations, I understand that you have a ton on your plate, and though very stressful, it is a very fine skill in managing multiple people and responsibilities. I could only begin to understand the amount of work and sacrifice that is invested in being a VP.
Also, shouts out to Vernitz, Katie and Christine---I did not work with you all so much, but I enjoyed your presence each day!
Wow, I can not believe this is over. What a wonderful and memorable step in my journey.
