ASHLEY L. BERGER!

First off, I would like to say that it has been a pleasure working with you for the last 5 1/2 months. I am thankful for this oppurtunity.
Since my beginning here at SHM I have grown as a more versatile designer, and just an overall improved and more efficient person. I have learned how to be sensitive to target audiences, and importantly that there are many details in play when communicating with them. All elements, including design must "fit": not only with the specific audience, but with SHM as a whole. You always helped me to keep in mind who are reaching out to, and how it fits within the SHM brand. You really helped me define my corporate design skills; you always help refine my designs when they get too playful . The VERY BEST thing about working for you is that you never cut me any slack when in error. (Though I would would like to thank you for not ringing my neck those mornings when I tried to slip in to work at 9:11). It made me stronger, enabling me to set higher standards for myself when getting the job done. My new motto is "Get it done. Do it well, and on-time." I also learned how to manage my daily and weekly responsibilities, and making sure to stay on top of them without your heads up.
What I also admire about you is your positive attitude each day. You have a lot on your plate, and it gets stressful in the office. Even through the madness you never lose your composure, and you always offer a smile. You are very much a leader (and stylish I might add!).

My fav SHM memory is the Wii competition during Annual Meeting. That was fuuuun. The best about that was all the trash talking! (Especially Pam and Len, hilarious!)
