If I was in charge of the blog for a month, my theme would change depending on the period of the MA’s time at SHM. If it was in the beginning, it would be more of getting to know everyone personally. However, if it was the last month, like it was when MMM took over collective reality, I would make it more of how they have grown and changed. Since that time is now, that is what I will base my questions on.
1. What was your greatest accomplishment at SHM?
2. Was there anything that your fellow MA’s experienced that you wished you got more exposure to?
3. How did you grow both personally and professionally?
4. What is one thing you would change about your supervisor experience?
I think that these questions will allow for the full timers to gain information for the future marketing assistants. Also, it will allow for the MA’s to reflect back on their experience, and notice how far they have gone. For the most part, we have all been asked questions about ourselves and how we would change things, but I think these questions would be more specific that will get deeper answers from the future MA’s.
