It has been a great (almost) 6 months working with you. I cannot express how thankful I am for having you to work with. You have taught me how to manage my time with my projects and improve my work ethic. You have taught me to how to use programs along with spiffy little tricks for Word and PDF files. Everything you have taught me, I greatly appreciate, and cannot wait to apply outside of this co-op. You have been incredibly patient and willing to always help me with anything. You created a perfect balance with my working experience. In my exeperience, there was pressure but it was not extremely overwhelming. It was also very educational and even entertaining. You always spit out creative ideas to me, and most importantly, you show that you have faith in me. Thank you for trusting me in all of the work that you have given me. That served as a great boost of encouragement, getting me through projects that appeared a little more challenging than I thought.
You have even helped me bring out my creativity with the QI newsletter idea. I truly feel that I have lucked out in having this co-op. not be corny, but I feel that a co-op cannot get any better than this- considering that my co-op is not allowed to give me any type of clinical, hands on experience. Always making sure I am comfortable with my work, always making sure I am never bored, always making sure I enjoy working here, you have been a great person to work with.
I have learned from you that not only do you have to meet your job expectations, but the job also has to meet your expectations. I am happy that you have decided to choose a different area of SHM to work in because it makes you even happier. I wish you the best of luck in your work and I hope you pursue your dreams :)
Love,
Reshma
My favorite SHM memory is when we all had that Wii competition during the Annual Meeting. It was pretty awesome :)
