1. Is your business giving your members those memorable welcomes?
Yes. I think 2 big pieces that prove this are the New & Renewing Member Kits and the Membership Reference Card. Both of these are new, in production now, and will help welcome members more! Everyone put so much work into revamping the content and look of the Member Kits to give members & prospects a better feel for everything they will get from their membership. The Reference Card was made so that everybody has quick access to questions they may need to answer on the phone so that they can be of more help to members.
2. How can you help your team members bring their unique brand of welcoming to your business?
Again I think the Member Kits are definitely bringing SHM's unique brand to welcome members. Just the fact that the member kits are personalized with members/prospects name is so warm and welcoming! I think that added element is really appealing and will draw a lot of attention.
3. Look around. Whom can you welcome today?
I always try to be welcoming to everybody.. I think it's important to always have an open mind and make an effort to talk/greet everyone. Especially after the Myers-Briggs activity where we saw how people interpret things differently. If you were to just quickly pass someone by, they may get the feeling you don't like them or start to think you're rude.
