I hope everyone had an awesome weekend.
1. Is your business giving your members those memorable welcomes?
I definitely believe that SHM gives its members those memorable welcomes. My only experience (face to face) was the board meeting and even though they were Board members and not regular members, I am sure SHm gives all its members those memorable welcomes.
From food to meeting schedule to everything, was very well organized. If not face to face, I hear my department and the rest of the department attend conference calls and everyone is extremely polite and respectful.

2. How can you help your team members bring their unique brand of welcoming to your business?
I could help my team members bring this unique brand of welcoming by making sure that if I am a part of a confeerence call, I would be respectful and polite as to what they are talking about. While covering the phones, I make sure that I transfer them to the appropriate department so they don't have to get transferred more than one time.
