Monday Funday

Collective Reality Update: Katie still needs to answer last weeks' question, and Kari is our guest blogger this week!

This week, I am taking the question right of the book I am reading called "The Starbucks Experience." The chapter I am on focuses on Customer Service, and I know in our last Membership meeting, one main point of focus was to focus on what the MEMBERS want, not what we want.


So here are THREE questions that go together:

2. How can you help your team members bring their unique brand of welcoming to your business?
3. Look around. Whom can you welcome today?
