Blog's a little later than usual, but still up before I leave!
1. Is your business giving your members those memorable welcomes? I would hope so. As a member of the Membership and Marketing department I feel that we all work very hard to create a memorable atmosphere for our members. I can’t say that I’ve any hands on experiences considering I haven’t been to an event. BUT I create Chapter event thank you letter’s which I think members appreciate!
2. How can I help my team members bring their unique brand of welcome to the business? Well like I said before, I create the thank you letters for the chapter events. Also, I try to give as much input as possible for different strategies, etc. It is difficult to make a significant impact since I don’t have any direct interaction with members.
3. Whom can I welcome today? Anyone and everyone! And I agree with Kari, I think everyone should post their ideas answers too!
