Looking at new coop resumes?

Hey everyone
Time is flying! I cant believe I am looking at the new coop cycle resumes already. I didnt know it was this hard to pick the right person. This is such a luck game! And I feel like I am really lucky to be working here.

What are the things that surprised me about my personality? I am an ESFJ. But I was really confused if I am an extrovert or an introvert. I am technically an extrovert but when it comes to doing work, I am an introvert. The personality sheet said I speak with energy and persuasiveness. Well I dont think that's true haha I guess I do, but I think I am more of a calmer person. The other thing was that I avoid conflict and sweep problems under rug. Umm not so much.

Well the other things about me were pretty close and I completely agree that I like to work with loyal and commited people and I like to complete projects in an orderly fashion.

This personality sheet was really helpful. I felt like I learned a lot more about myself.
