The Working World

My favorite part about co-op is the sense of feeling more mature in the working world. While on co-op I enjoy feeling like more of an adult whose main responsibility is work. I also like the down time that comes along with working full time. Strangely enough I enjoy having an organized schedule because it gets me into a constant routine day in and day out. Getting home at just after five every day makes me balance the rest of my day to make sure the other things in life are being taken care of. I feel much more productive on a daily basis and feel as though the work weeks fly by compared to the classroom setting. As much as the actual work experience prepares you for the world, the day in day out responsibilities of work and living on your own schedule give me a great sense of what my future will hold.
