Welcome to the Good Life

Not! To be completely honest, I enjoy being in classes better. I hardly see my friends and have to go to bed real early like a grandmom. But as I'm typing, I do see a little stream of light for reasons to like being on co-op.

My number one reason for being pro co-op is that I have such an advantage over others attending college in my year. I love winning, so this is such an accomplishment ;) It is said that most college students do not get their act together until they reach junior or even senior year. Having the opportunity to go on 3 co-ops makes us Drexelians have to be focused from year 1. We have to make sure we get great grades to get the best jobs available, for some jobs require a certain minimum GPA, and attend professional events to network. I admit at times I dream of what it would be like to just be a normal college student, have my summers and graduate in 4 years, but then I realize when others my age are scrambling for a job after college, I'll have such a less stressful time (I hope), for my resume with be packed with great experience.
