hmm..

I don't think I would really want to change jobs with anyone. Being a Nursing major, I'm most interested in QI related things, hence my current position.If I could trade jobs with anyone it would probably be someone else in my department just so I could learn even more about specific QI projects and gain more knowledge that would be applicable to my career. More specifically, while all of the programs interest me, I think I would probably lean towards Ann because her QI project is Glycemic Control (Diabetes Management) and I have family members who have had Diabetes for pretty much their whole life. So, I feel like having the opportunity to learn more about management methods would allow me to help them in some way which would be pretty awesome.

However, I feel like choosing someone in my department is the easy answer..So, I guess if I had to trade jobs with someone at SHM who was NOT in my current department, it would probably be someone in HR. I feel like it would be interesting to hear people's complaints and know that I had the ability to help better the workplace. In addition, I think it would be fun to interview potential employees.
