Toughest Encounter

Personally the toughest obstacle I will encounter here will be managing myself and time. With multiple systems and projects to be constantly working on, it will be easy to forget tasks and misplace precious time. The best way for me to avoid this is self organization and finding a way to ultimately manage out my work and the time I have to accomplish that work. The only thing that really concerns me is having so much to do and not being able to complete all the tasks given on a specific deadline. Having only been here for 2 weeks, soon enough I will be able to work out a plan for myself to keep everything sailing smoothly. I see the beginning of my time here at SHM a learning experience and a job. I always hold high expectations for myself but there is a lot to learn here and the oncoming experience here will help me manage myself to the best of my ability.
