I'm worried about...

At the moment, my biggest challenge in working here is not being fully confident in what to expect or my ability to do it the way it needs to be done. Coming into a new environment can be daunting simply because you really have no insight into how things have been all the time before you became a part of them. I do like the fact that experimentation and initiative are encouraged here, and received without judgment; however there is still pressure to impress. My plan is to just stay focused, while bringing myself to the table, as opposed to trying to do things the way other peopled do them and coming off like a cheap copy.
