The toughest encounter I believe I will have at SHM is remembering all the little details that pertain to each task. As a new person, I don't know the specifics of every little thing and getting tasks one hundred percent correct will only be accomplished with ongoing questions. I will also need to make little notes for myself for future reference and get organized. Organization seems to be something that is a huge key to success in this work environment.
