Tough Encounters
I would have to say my fear of letting someone down will be my biggest challenge. It's not that I feel like I wont do the work, it's that I'm afraid of not reaching someones expectations. If I were to ever have to face this challenge, I would do everything to make up for it. If I were to let someone down because of something work-related I would take the time to redo it, if there was enough time. Or, if there wasn't enough time to redo it, I would ask for some more work from them and try to exceed my best. Now, I know this doesn't sound like much and probably sounds a little weak compared to other tough encounters, but this is something that I am seriously worried about. And I will be doing my best to assure this doesnt happen.

Jordan - I suspect the toughest expectations you'll have are your own...and if that's the case, you'll be just fine here at beyond...but one question, what do you think we really care about?
In all honesty, I think you guys care about what we, as co-ops, get out of this experience.
