Meredith here is my post. Well first off, I am John Stelmachowicz and I am the new Senior Manager of Membership and Marketing. It has already been a month since I started and it has been a great experience to date. It is truly amazing to see how much SHM has accomplished in very little time and with the growth opportunities externally and internally.
It has been fun adapting to the personality and work habits of co-workers. Each person possesses their own set of strengths and adapting personal behaviors to accommodate others is part of what it takes to work effectively as a team. I feel we have an incredible team in place and reaching our potential within the organization will be exciting to watch.
PS - I will practice my whiteboard writing skills ie. Re,oins ;)
