Relaxation

Nature is the ultimate healer.

Nature is the ultimate healer.

There is nothing more profound, mysterious, relaxing, nurturing and wonderful. Taking a walk, the smell of plants, hearing the sound of water, wind on your face, looking at the sky.

What is amazing is how we as humans are inescapabily at nature's mercy; for when the earth shakes, the water roars, the fire rages and the winds hurl, we can simply do nothing. At the same time, nature is the ultimate protector; blessing us daily with water, sun and food.

I went a little off, but that is my ode. I'm quite passionate about it.

Other things I do to relax:
-Music: a deep love for music, it's almost as beautiful as nature.
-Draw: I am in a zone.
-Pray
-Some type of water related activity

This is late, but I like the question.
