Franchise

I think that applying a franchise strengthens a company tremendously. It contributes to making company's vision and and company's image more uniform. I think it clarifies/ focuses what SHM stands for, for the target audience. It also expands the abilities in communicating with other businesses and vendors, In a way, SHm and its products are a whole buch of products contained at the bottom of the pyramid (literally, not fig) , and now with housing the products in fewer sects, you move to the top of the pyramid to a more uniform structure. I think the franchise approach is great---not only does it strengthen and increase importance to the SHM brand to all employees, but to all others outside of the company.
