What do you think your biggest challenge will be during your co-op with SHM?

I think my biggest challenge will be learning Experient for all of the annual meeting registrations and also learning how to handle so many projects and tasks at the same time. I already have a bad habit of putting too much on my plate and asking for help when I need it. But I am an avid list maker so that has been helping me keep track of which projects have more priority over others. Although it will be a challenge, I like having multiple projects because then I always have something to do. That is another thing I love about SHM. Everyone is willing to let me help out with different projects and I love being a part of all the different processes!
