The Challenge of Growth

In an odd twist of good and bad luck, when I left here last year I left (most) everyone with high opinions of me. This is fantastic of course! But now that I have returned, those high opinions have became high expectations! I don't mind, but it's going to be tough to go above and beyond those expectations. Only reaching those expectations isn't good enough, because it would feel like I haven't learned anything or grown. Learning and growth is the whole purpose of Co-op.

So my challenge is going to be growth, to do better than I did last co-op. To learn more, do more, and grow.
