Week 1

From my first day in the office, it was clear that the people here really make this place a friendly and comfortable enivorment. Everyone is open to answer questions and quick to offer support. I was suprised with the amount of exposure and with the variety of work that is being offered to us. At times, it can be overwhelming but I appreciate the opportunity in receiving 'real' experience as well as valuable guidance. Over the next 6 months, I look forward on finding my niche within the office and building a strong rapport with everyone here. I hope to look back on my time with SHM and conclude that I took advantage of this opportunity.
