Well seeing how I want to go into the music industry, I would have to say my ideal work environment is laid-back yet still real fast paced. I ideally want to work in the UK, so for location it would definitely be in either London or Scotland. Office would be medium sized, probably at least double the size of SHM. I would be a la CEO and el Presidente because my dream (mock me if you wish) is to own my own record label. Me handling all the marketing/pr/law stuff and the other guys taking care of the production process. People I'd like to work with are driven yet still know how to have fun with what they do and, natrually, have a passion for the music. That is my dream annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd that's all there is too it. Well in theory at least.
