Ideal Work Environment.

I think my ideal work environment would actually be around this size. I like having a group of people I work closely with, and I like working directly with clients, rather than just sending emails back and forth. I prefer meeting face-to-face, and being able to support users directly. I think I might prefer a organization a little more tech-oriented, however. My last co-op seemed like everyone had basically the same sense of humor as I do, being mostly tech professionals, which lent itself well to group cohesion.
