Expect the Unexpected

This is straight from the book Kari is reading, Nuts!

"Instead of counting on the Luck of the Irish or doing conventional strategic planning, Southwest prepares for the future by practicing the art of "What if...?" Future scenario generation is the technical name of the process Southwest Airlines is using to prepare itself for the twenty-first century. The company's executive planning committee meets periodically to create future scenarios in which the airline could find itself. These sessions include a lot of "What if...?" questions designed to get the group thinking about all the possible situations Southwest could face."

So, fill in the blank everyone.

"What if SHM...?"
