Unusual

My interviewing experience wasn't the same as everyone else, but I did learn how to interview in a different situation. I was sat down in Ashely's office and it was pretty much a one-on-one interview, and then Kat came in to look at my portfolio. It was fun because Kat just popped in, and it gave me a glimpse of how people work at SHM, but I think that the way we interview here for co-ops (group, open discussion, etc.) allows the potential MAs to get a sense of how we work here, which is something that I didn't get when I went on interviews at other companies!
