First Days!

What surprised me was how open the enviornment is here. Everyone is so friendly - and I got those vibes during my interview - but what I was most surprised about was how everyone seems interested in our feedback and ideas already. I'm really looking forward to being able to actively participate in meetings and be able to make an impact at SHM. I can't wait to have more lunches in the Phillies room and get to know everyone on the team. I'm also excited to get working on team projects!
