So you've been here for three weeks (this week being the third, obviously). It's not a lot - but it's almost been a month already! I'm telling you, the time flies when you are here.

What do you think your biggest challenge will be during your co-op with SHM?

Pick which one you prefer, and explain why:

Class vs. Co-op
I would say co-op because I'm actually allowed to snack on food during co-op, which means I don't have to sneak it! But in all honesty, with the exception of having to wake up egregiously early, I feel as if I am more productive for a longer period of time and still have the rest of the day to work.

The Hans vs. North Side Dining
North Side for sure! Yay for quesadillas and smoothies at Currito, and late night Haagen Dazs blueberry crumble ice cream. Every time I go to the Hans, I end up losing my appetite before I even start eating because of the unsanitary utensils. As a result, people start judging me and think I'm an international student just because I'm eating my salad with chopsticks.

Greek life vs. All other Student life
All other student life. Greek life basically makes it so that you are really close to everyone in your sorority or fraternity, but not close to anyone else in the student body. The point of college is to make a wide variety of friends and experience new things, not to be friends with only one certain type of people and be limited by all the constrictions of greek life.

The SHM cafeteria vs. Johns
I am a lazy person. SHM cafeteria.

Phillies vs. Eagles (conference rooms at SHM, not the teams)
I like Eagles because I can't seem to figure out how to turn on the lights in Phillies still...

Concerts vs. Reading
Reading. I still have yet to attend a concert.

Beer vs. Liquor
Liquor because you can make fruity drinks with as little liquor as possible. Beer will always taste nasty no matter what you add to it.

This or That!?

Class vs. Coop: I would have to choose coop for sure. The main reason being is the lower amount of stress I feel each and every day. While being on coop, you don’t have to worry about homework and exams. It is one of the best things to look forward to while being out on coop. I also really enjoy that I have my nights open and can relax rather than being up all night studying for a midterm or final exam. Also, I am getting an opportunity to get real working experience in the field of marketing which I really enjoy.

The Hans vs. North Side Dining: I definitely prefer North Side because the dining hall food is not very good. Only some days when they have good Chinese food or some great breakfast is The Hans a good choice for a meal. Most days it is not very good, especially for lunch I never got a great lunch there. I like North Side more because you have Chick Fil-A and Subway, two places I really enjoy as well as a lot of convenience items to choose from. Also, it is easier to get too then walking all the way to The Hans. It saves a lot of time in my day.
Greek life vs. All other Student life: I prefer to not be a part of Greek life just because rushing and being a frat boy is not me. I rather go about myself and do my own thing and make my own paths. I am involved in more student organizations and I feel pretty good about the path I have taken so far. I also feel that being in a fraternity would affect my grades because I wouldn’t have enough time to devote to my studies and a lot of times I really stress out about school, so I think it would negatively impact my grades.

The SHM cafeteria vs. Johns: This one is tough because I have issues with both places hahaha. The SHM cafeteria is a good place to eat and they have some great food but the prices are pretty high in my opinion. Johns on the other hand is a great little pizzeria, however they took a very long time to serve us the time we went on Friday. If I had to choose I would say Johns because they have way more choices and a lot of the items are cheaper on their menu.

Phillies vs. Eagles: I enjoy both rooms very much. I would have to say Eagles though because it is much bigger and more open. Plus I am a Mets fan so I have a dislike for the Phillies!
Concerts vs. reading: I don’t really like to read books that often and when I do read it is either for school or an article. I definitely rather go to concerts! I have been to probably over 20 concerts and seen over a 100 different artists. I try to go to a few a year!

Beer vs. Liquor: I shall pass and have a nice glass of lemonade

Childhood Book: Green Eggs and Ham

Welcome to the all-star "Coke Vs. Pepsi" challenge here at SHM! Followed by online dating profile questions!

Coke Vs. Pepsi

Class Vs. Co-op
This is a hard one to answer. Each has its own benefits and drawbacks. To bring it down to the top two factors it would be free time and uninterrupted free time. When you're in class, you have maybe an hour break here and there, or more, and it's awesome for a break between classes. However, homework is in abundance. Those free times could be spent with homework, but if you want to take a break, you have to do that work later, during optimal free time. Whereas in Co-op, after you get off work, that's (usually) it, you're done working for the day. However, you do have to work from the morning till mid afternoon with an hour lunch break only.

And the money, the money's good.

The Hans Vs. North Side Dinning
North side, hands down. All the Hans have over North Side is a broader range of food, but at a terrible consequence... it's not always sanitary. No thanks.

Greek life vs. All other Student life
Greek life isn't really my thing, so I'd say all other student life.

The SHM cafeteria vs. Johns
Johns. Even though the cafeteria is closer, it's expensive and doesn't have the same food everyday, which
makes some days absolutely horrible in the cafeteria. Which is funny, because I only eat at Johns when it's paid for by SHM.

Phillies vs. Eagles
This is a tough one, because it's situational. 5 or less people? Eagles. 6 or more people? Phillies. Why? Because Eagles is more compact, making it good for small groups. Phillies on the other hand has enough room for the entire company if we get a little close. Going into Phillies with a group of 4 or 5 people feels like booking an entire stadium for 3 people; far too much space between everyone and it all feels... distant. Although, important meetings, regardless of size, should be in Phillies because it feels more professional.

Concerts vs. Reading
I like to read at concerts. Checkmate.

Beer Vs. Liquor
This question should read: "Urine Water Vs. Undrinkable Liquids." That being said, I'd rather have an undrinkable liquid than urine water.

Question Time

Childhood book
My favorite Childhood book would have to be Artemis Foul. I know, Most wouldn't consider that a Childhood book, but I do.

Movie
THERE'S SO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM. My absolute favorite movie of all time would have to be "How To Train Your Dragon" from Dreamworks. Now, before you mock me for liking a kind of children's movie, go watch it. And when you're done, if you didn't love the movie, you're quite possibly dead inside.

Quote
"Nothing is impossible, only improbable" - anonymous.
I've looked for this quote everywhere, and every mention BUT ONE says it's anonymous. The one that says otherwise says it's from Star Trek and Spock said it, however I'm sure they got the quote from the anonymous quote. Spock says "highly improbable" which just doesn't roll off the tongue as nicely as the original.

Actor/Actress
Oh jeez, so many to choose from. Robert Downy Jr. is up there, with Gary Oldman and Samuel L. Jackson as well. Can't forget Betty White. Oh! And Nicolas Cage! (Don't you dare tell me otherwise)

Band
Oh good lord too many again. So... I'll start listing them off: "Gorillaz" "MGMT" "Awolnation" "Fun." "Pearl Jam" "Pink Floyd" "Aerosmith" "Led Zeppelin" and "Cage The Elephant."

Mode of transportation
Bicycle. Great maneuverability, low costs (compared to cars), no gas, and healthy.

Color
Orange.

Season
Spring. That first 70 degree weather of the year is quite possibly the bees knees. Close second is Winter because SNOW.

Pick which one you prefer, and explain why:

Class vs. Co-op- Since I have been in class for the last fifteen years and been on co-op for a week, I’m not sure if it is fair to make a judgment quit yet.  Based on this past week, I would have to say I like co-op better.  The day goes by really fast at SHM and not having homework is always a plus.

The Hans vs. North Side Dinning- I’m not a fan of North Side Dinning, but nothing is worse than the Hans.  North Side Dinning wins this one for being the lesser of two evils.  However, I would not call a place that sells subway, chick-fil-a, and eight dollar boxes of cereal a good place to eat.

Greek life vs. all other student life- I would definitely pick all other student life over Greek life.  Drexel has so much going on and does their best to make everyone feel included.  There might be more going on in Greek life than I know of, but from where I’m standing it just seems like a bunch of kids who like yelling loudly.

The SHM cafeteria vs. Johns- I have never eaten at the SHM cafeteria, so by default this one goes to Johns.  Plus when I went to Johns SHM paid for my meal and free food is my favorite kind of food.

Phillies vs. Eagles- This is a tough one because both of them have really comfortable chairs.  I think I’m going to have to give this one to Phillies.  The room seems brighter and more inviting.

Concerts vs. Reading- I am not sure how this is a fair question.  Did reading really ever have a chance when it is in the same category as concerts?  I love the energy of the audience at concerts and nothing can compare to live music.

Beer vs. Liquor- I feel like it is a cop-out to say that I don’t drink, but I really don’t.  I guess I’ll just have to pass for this question.

Class vs. Co-op
Co-op because we get to experience the work force and spend time working at really great companies, plus there is no homework or exams to study for ;)

The Hans vs. North Side Dining
North Side Dining just because I love Subway and Currito. It's also really convenient if you need milk or have to grab a quick snack. It is EXTREMELY over priced though.

Greek life vs. All other Student life
Definitely all other student life. Sororities and Frats just aren't my thing.

The SHM cafeteria vs. Johns
John's because it's fun to get out of the building for a bit and they have awesome food!

Phillies vs. Eagles (conference rooms at SHM, not the teams)
Phillies, the chairs are awesome.

Concerts vs. Reading
I can't choose, I love concerts and I love to read! So i guess both, but it depends who is performing at the concert and what book I am reading. I've always wanted to see Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers live!

Beer vs. Liquor
Apple Juice.
